It is always barbecue day at Kjød og Kul!

Everything is made from scratch and the raw materials are carefully selected and there is never a compromise on the quality. Meat and Coal have their own ripening cabinet in the middle of the restaurant, allowing guests to follow the ripening process of meat that is either local or comes from the United States or Australia.

Try the signature dish "The taste of Silkeborg" with ingredients from local suppliers, or a couple of light dishes that make for an evening on the terrace with a good bottle of wine.
